Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a performance-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive commercial results across the customer journey. You will work directly with the founders to shape local and global strategy, ensuring marketing investment translates into clear business outcomes.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the growth engine, drive conversions across the full funnel, build a testing culture, and manage lead nurturing and acquisition costs with a focus on gross profit and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, luxury, retail or similar high-consideration environments.
• Strong ability to relate to the entire customer journey and identify conversion opportunities.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and ROI.

A successful 25-year-old NZ fashion brand with a global footprint is looking for a Performance Marketer who can relate to the entire customer journey, identify sales conversion opportunities at every phase, and deliver measurable growth.

You will work directly with founders to shape local and global strategy, ensuring marketing investment translates into clear business outcomes.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

• Own the growth engine: Drive customer acquisition by executing high-performance campaigns across the full marketing funnel.
• Drive conversion: Leverage data to optimise channel spend, enhance customer interactions, and refine the funnel to increase sales.
• Build a testing culture: Champion a structured, data-led approach to experimentation, testing new hypotheses to scale what works and optimise what doesn't.
• Think commercially: Manage lead nurturing, performance tracking, and acquisition costs with a focus on gross profit and ROI.

We’re looking for a commercial marketer who thrives in results-driven environments. Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or similar high-consideration environments is highly regarded.
