Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management for backup or IT software.
• Experience presenting product walkthroughs and onboarding.
• Experience creating video tutorials or process guides for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales pipeline with product walkthroughs and onboarding.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Educate customers on product deployment to support growth and usage.
• Create user guides and learning materials (videos, tutorials).
• Quote and negotiate pricing; prepare quotes and invoices for new and renewing customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention; review after-sales services.
• Check in on churn signals and maintain customer engagement.
