Job summary

Confidential Company in Christchurch-based operations is seeking a Group CFO to provide strategic financial leadership globally. The role leads governance, reporting, treasury, risk and compliance while partnering with the executive team on commercial performance, value creation and growth.

You will support M&A activities, due diligence and integration of future investments, with strong IFRS, cross-border tax expertise and ERP systems experience essential for success.

Qualifications

• Senior finance executive with CFO or equivalent leadership experience.
