Job summary

GO Rentals is seeking a Grooming Team Leader to supervise the grooming team, ensure vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintain a safe, orderly workspace in Queenstown.

You will lead training, handle scheduling, respond to customer inquiries, and support the team as we deliver award-winning service and great staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle grooming or detailing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the grooming team, including scheduling.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and inspected to standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe grooming area.
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
• Address customer inquiries, monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies.
• Support the team with grooming when necessary.
