Opteon is seeking a motivated graduate to begin a career in property valuations. Based in Hamilton or Tauranga, you will work with experienced valuers on a variety of valuation assignments, including inspections, market research, rating valuations and report preparation.

The role offers development opportunities and aims to prepare you for registration as a Valuer, with exposure to residential and commercial property types across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
• Genuine interest in property valuations
• High degree of computer proficiency
• Current Driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Conduct property inspections and market research
• Assist with rating valuation work and valuation report preparation
• Gain exposure to residential and commercial property types across Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions
• Work alongside experienced valuers to develop professional skills
