Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor-level qualification in IT, IS, data analytics, business analytics, computer science, business, finance or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to turn data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Support service delivery by tracking performance and reporting on KPIs.
• Coordinate actions and assist with change requests.
• Explore how AI and automation can improve reporting and processes.
