PwC in Wellington is seeking a Graduate to join our Managed Services stream as part of the 2026 Intern & Graduate Programme. You will support day-to-day technology services and incident coordination, while learning to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
As a Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in IT service management and cybersecurity, working closely with mentors to develop technical and professional skills that can lead to a range of client-facing roles within PwC.

We're looking for a Graduate to join our Managed Services team in Pōneke/Wellington who will start with us as soon as possible this year.
Our Managed Services team helps clients keep important technology services running effectively. In this customer-facing role, you'll support day-to-day service delivery, incident coordination and clear communication between clients, service delivery leads and technical teams. You'll build practical experience in how technology-enabled services are managed, including supporting service requests and incidents, helping coordinate changes, tracking actions and providing timely updates to stakeholders. You'll also gain exposure to cybersecurity and the wider technology environment as you develop in the role. As a Graduate, you'll work closely with experienced team members who will help you build your confidence, technical understanding and customer service skills. The role is designed to give you a strong foundation in IT and Managed Services, with pathways into service delivery management, technology, consulting and other client-facing roles. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where people are encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas and learn from each other. The role will initially work standard Monday-to-Friday hours. Once you’re fully trained and confident in the role, you’ll also take part in an on-call roster to support service delivery when required.
