Eversor Limited, Auckland, is seeking a Graduate Product & Implementation Specialist to bridge customers and product teams. You will meet customers, understand their workflows, run live demos, train users, and relay feedback to improve the product.

Some testing and AI-driven workflow documentation will be involved. You may be a recent graduate or final-year student with strong communication, curiosity about technology, and a patient, helpful attitude.

Graduate Product & Implementation Specialist

This is a new position on our product team. You will work alongside our product manager. The job sits between our customers and our product. You will be the person who meets a new customer, understands how they work today, gets them live on our products, trains their people, and brings what you hear back to the team so the product gets better. You will also test features before they ship, investigate issues customers report, and use AI tools to build the workflows, prototypes and documentation that make all of that faster. Most of your week is with customers or with the team, not writing code. If you can code or want to learn, there is room for it, but it is not what we are hiring for.

Key responsibilities

Meet customers, understand their workflows and help them get started with our products

Deliver demonstrations and training, adapting your approach to different levels of confidence with technology

Help people adopt new ways of working, with guidance from our team

Turn customer feedback into clear requirements and ideas for product improvements

Test features, investigate issues and coordinate with our support agents and technical team

Contribute to workflows, prototypes, documentation, configuration and automation using AI tools

Track actions, keep customers informed and follow through on commitments

About you

Experience helping someone who is not technical learn to use something new. This can come from study, work, volunteering, tutoring, retail, hospitality or personal projects

Clear communication, careful listening and the ability to explain ideas simply

Patience and empathy when helping someone learn or solve a problem

Practical problem solving, organisation and attention to detail

Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn by trying things

Initiative, openness to feedback and the judgement to ask for help

You may be a recent graduate or completing your studies. We welcome graduates from business, design, communications, information systems, technology and other disciplines

You do not need coding experience or previous experience as a business analyst
