Stantec's 2027-2028 Graduate Programme in New Zealand offers a structured entry into the water sector. You’ll start as a Graduate Process Engineer, contributing to wastewater, drinking water, and stormwater projects while developing through mentoring and accredited training.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (hon) or related field.
• Motivated, pragmatic, and eager to learn across various disciplines.
• Strong interest in water engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare process design documents including technical notes, design calculations, reports, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Contribute to the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects and feasibility studies.
• Work across the entire project lifecycle, from concept to design and construction monitoring (onsite).
• Gain exposure to project and client management.
• Join a large, nurturing, and diverse team that works on local, national, and international projects.
