Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near completion in CS/SE.
• Foundational knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools as an everyday practice.
• Interest in fintech, digital payments, or loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web and mobile applications using React across Youtap's digital payments, wallet, and loyalty products.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, generate boilerplate, write tests, and iterate on features quickly.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into responsive interfaces.
• Work with solution architects to meet technical standards, scalability, and best practices.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable React components.
• Integrate with REST APIs and back-end services to deliver end-to-end features with AI-assisted acceleration.
• Participate in code reviews, sprints, and continuous improvement practices.
• Rapidly build and iterate on new features using AI tools to shorten development time.
• Optimize application performance for web and mobile environments.
