Job summary

Fluid Engineering Consultancy Ltd in Tauranga is seeking a Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team.

Fluid Engineering Consultancy is looking for a Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our Tauranga team.

We're a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy covering Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and BIM, working on projects that range from commercial and residential buildings through to large-scale developments.

If you're technically minded, curious about how things work and ready to get stuck into real projects, we'd like to hear from you.

What will you actually be doing?

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and get hand-on experience designing the electrical systems behind modern buildings.

You will get involved in:

• Electrical services design and documentation
• Power distribution and electrical reticulation
• Lighting design and controls
• Emergency lighting
• Small power systems
• Communications and data systems
• Fire alarm and security systems
• Energy-efficient and sustainable electrical design
• Electrical calculations and equipment selection
• Revit and BIM modelling
• BIM coordination and clash detection
• Site visits and construction
• Working with architects, contractors and other consultants
