Job summary

Nylon builds AI research tools for legal and accounting professionals. The GTM Engineer will own the data layer, building prospect lists, enriching data, and keeping the CRM clean and connected to the stack.

You’ll work with Attio, JustCall, Calendly, Stripe, Metabase and more to automate and scale outreach while maintaining data quality and compliance. You will report to the Head of Go-to-Market, collaborate with account executives, SDRs, and marketing, and enjoy a role with significant freedom

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth engineering, data or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building outreach lists with scraping and enrichment tools such as Clay.
• Strong CRM administration on Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar, including data model design and hygiene.
• Solid SQL and comfort with a BI tool such as Metabase.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, plus experience with REST APIs and automation platforms.
• Experience with LLMs and agentic tooling in real workflows, with clear strengths and limitations.
• High bar for data quality and ability to maintain tidy systems over time.
• Clear written communication translating sales/marketing needs into system designs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect data pipelines across NZ, AU and the UK.
• Maintain CRM health, data hygiene, deduplication and reporting views.
• Design and implement enrichment flows to verify contacts and score leads.
• Leverage AI tooling to research accounts, qualify fit, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate the CRM with dialers, scheduling, billing and analytics tools.
• Query data warehouse and Metabase to report on pipeline and rep activity.
