Job summary

Whitecliffe is seeking a Global CRM Systems Lead to own and optimise our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, helping connect current and prospective students through data and automation.

You will maintain, configure, and integrate the CRM platform, automate the Sales–Admissions lifecycle, build Power BI dashboards for real-time insights, and develop API integrations that keep our platforms talking to each other.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring a CRM platform such as Dynamics 365.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards for performance insights.
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations between systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the CRM platform to support enrolment workflows.
• Configure Dataverse, security roles, and governance.
• Develop API integrations and data automation across systems.
