Job summary

Travellers Autobarn in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Care Team member to support travellers across Australia, New Zealand and the USA, helping troubleshoot campervan and vehicle issues and coordinating repairs. You will work with mechanics, roadside assistance providers and branches across three countries, making decisions and resolving problems while keeping customers informed.

• Experience in customer service or travel is valued.

• Hours: Monday–Friday 11am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Support customers travelling across Australia, New Zealand and the USA
• Troubleshoot campervan issues by phone, email and messaging
• Book mechanics, repairers and service providers
• Coordinate roadside assistance and repairs
• Follow up repairs and update customers
• Set expectations when travel plans are disrupted
• Prioritize urgent breakdowns and manage multiple cases
• Collaborate with branches and external networks
• Resolve problems with practical solutions
