Job summary

Landlord Studio is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager in Kingsland, Auckland. You will drive campaigns from idea to launch, aligning email, social and content around a clear goal.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan campaigns for the US and UK markets, including webinars, product launches and research reports. This hands-on role focuses on writing, organising details and delivering campaigns that engage landlords and small agents, with room to test ideas and learn from

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Clear, engaging writing for email and social content.
• Hands-on email marketing including testing and optimization.
• Ability to repurpose content into posts, emails or clips.
• Strong organisational skills and calendar management.
• Comfort using data to inform next campaigns and testing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define audience and goals, plan channels, and launch campaigns on schedule.
• Write and manage newsletters and emails; test approaches to grow subscribers.
• Plan and publish organic social content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Turn webinars and launches into clips and posts; brief creatives clearly.
• Support founders with content and webinar material; share learnings.
• Track results and iterate to increase registrations and product trials.
