Job summary

Bakers Delight (NZ) Limited is seeking a hands-on Marketing professional to own and execute campaigns across channels, coordinating assets from concept to launch. You’ll work with our Support Office, Operations and senior management to bring local store initiatives to life.

The role covers digital marketing, content creation, email communications and franchise support, with occasional travel within New Zealand and the need to work with external agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketer with experience delivering campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across social, email and loyalty programs.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Localise and deliver national campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate assets across in-bakery POS, digital content and emails.
• Work with designers, agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time.
• Monitor performance and provide post-campaign insights.
• Support Local Store Marketing and franchise recruitment campaigns.
