Fusion5 is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to design, deliver and optimise AI-powered solutions that create tangible business value. You’ll collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to translate challenges into secure, scalable AI outcomes.

You’ll drive engagements from discovery through deployment, blending technology decisions with business impact, and shaping presales activities while guiding clients on AI transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, solution delivery or enterprise tech implementation.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong capability across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services and Foundry.
• Experience in customer‑facing consulting or professional services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and solution shaping skills.
• Strong understanding of security, governance and enterprise delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI technologies.
• Lead AI engagements from discovery and solution architecture through to deployment and adoption.
• Translate business challenges into secure, scalable and production‑ready AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, shape solutions and contribute to presales activities, proposals and estimates.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide strategic guidance on AI transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with fellow consultants, architects and technical specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes.
