Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking an Analytics & AI Consultant for its New Zealand Data & Analytics team in Auckland or Wellington. You will own the analytics and reporting layer, turning data into decisions and helping clients adopt practical AI on the Microsoft stack.

You’ll run workshops, shape requirements, and stay hands-on across the Fabric and Azure stack, elevating the team’s analytics capability while collaborating with stakeholders across client organisations.

Qualifications

• Senior Consultant level; strong Consultant-level candidates considered.
• Solid analytics/BI delivery and reporting in client-facing environments.
• Strong data modeling, semantic-layer and Power BI storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI semantic models and data storytelling.
• Lead requirements and workshops, bridging business and technical teams.
• Support AI enablement on Microsoft Fabric/Azure and governance discussions.
