Currentlythe team of internal medicine specialists, work generally with some of the teamhaving an additional sub-specialty qualification or interest, for example, Neurology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Nephrology and Cardiology.This allows for each member of the team to practice, in an areaof their interest and expertise.This diversity enables us to offer comprehensive,patient-centered care while fostering job satisfaction and professional growth. Weare keen to expand the range and depth of these services and are looking forpeople, who in addition to their internal medicine and acute medicine skills,might like to practice in internal medicine subspecialities likegastroenterology, endocrinology(diabetes), rheumatology, cardiology,heamatology or similar, utilising their prior experience.
The successfulcandidate will have a broad Internal Medicine background and be eligible forNew Zealand Vocational Registration in General Medicine. We welcome Specialiststrained in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia or those who have trained insimilar/comparable healthcare systems globally.
