Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a significant leadership position with responsibility for a diverse portfolio of community mental health services.
You will lead experienced managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring services are safe, effective, financially sustainable, and aligned with organisational strategy and sector expectations.
Working closely with funders, health providers, community partners, iwi, and sector stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening organisational performance, supporting service innovation, and identifying opportunities for future growth and development.
