AWF Group is seeking an experienced General Labourer to join a busy manufacturing team in Rotorua, producing high-quality aluminium window and door joinery. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Based in Rotorua, the role is full-time, Monday to Friday with an immediate start for the right candidate. You will help manufacture and assemble windows and doors, use hand and power tools, and contribute to a safe, supportive team.

• Proven experience in aluminium joinery manufacturing.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of aluminium windows and doors.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the workshop.
• Performing quality checks on finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Supporting the wider team with general workshop duties as required.
