Job summary

Alsco Uniforms NZ is seeking a hands-on NZ Production Team Co-Ordinator to join our Garment team in Palmerston North. You will coordinate daily garment production activities to achieve pack-out, productivity, and KPI targets, while supporting the team to work safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have experience in production or manufacturing, strong time management and the ability to coach a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Strong time management and ability to monitor workflow.
• Commitment to safe work practices and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily garment production activities to achieve pack-out, productivity, and KPI targets
• Support and guide production team members to work safely, efficiently, and to standard
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies, safe work procedures, and training requirements
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment usage to maintain production efficiency
• Assist with training, coaching, and upskilling team members
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities
• Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to meet operational priorities
