Qualifications

• 3IC role provides leadership opportunities and pathways into ASM/Store Manager.
• Coaching, development and real responsibility from day one.
• Experience in customer‑focused retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable day‑to‑day leadership — run the floor and keep operations smooth.
• Lead with hands‑on customer engagement and resolve issues on the spot.
• Communicate clearly and keep team aligned with store priorities.
• Build product knowledge and be the go‑to for gear and sustainability stories.
• Provide consistency, dependability and positive energy during busy periods.
