Job summary

Natthawaran International Ltd, T/A Ai Traditional Thai Massage in Dunedin is seeking two skilled Massage Therapists to maintain high service standards. This full-time role offers a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Duties include massaging soft tissues, using a range of techniques to enhance recovery, promoting relaxation and improving circulation, and advising on stretching and relaxation techniques. Requirements: at least 2 years of relevant experience or a massage-related qualification;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Certificate in massage-related qualification can replace work experience.
• Have a good understanding of the body channel system
• Thai massage knowledge preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Massaging the soft tissues of the body to assist healing.

We are currently seeking two skilled Massage Therapists to help maintain our high service standards. This is a full-time position, offering a minimum of 30 hours of work per week.

• Massaging the soft tissues of the body, such as muscles, tendons and ligaments, to assist healing
• Utilizing a range of massage techniques to enhance sports performance and prevent injury
• Administering treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation and relieve muscle tension
• Assessing and treating specific soft tissue dysfunction and providing rehabilitation advice
• Employing otherMassage techniques , and complementary aids, such as infra- red lamps, wet compresses, ice, essential oils and herbal and mineral therapies, to assist recovery
• Assessing client's physical condition and case history and advising on stretching exercises and relaxation techniques

Requirements for this role include:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• A certificate in a massage-related qualification can replace the work experience requirement.
