Job summary

AsureQuality in Auckland, NZ is recruiting two full-time fixed-term Technicians for our Sample Reception department. Based in Lynfield, the laboratory operates seven days a week with rosters between 6am and 8:30pm, and the positions run Monday to Friday 12pm–8:30pm.

Key responsibilities include unpacking samples, registering in the lab system, maintaining temperature and training records, and supporting Customer Service and the Laboratory teams with queries.

Qualifications

• Administration and basic computer skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Unpack samples and check sample integrity on arrival.
• Register samples into the Laboratory system.
• Maintain temperature records and training records.
• Assist Customer Service and Laboratory teams with queries.
• Split/subsample samples using aseptic techniques.
