The role involves delivering high-standard beauty and nail treatments, both independently and as part of a dynamic team. The business operates seven days a week, requiring rostered shifts including weekends.

A competitive hourly rate of NZD 24.00–31.00 is offered, with 30–40 hours per week guaranteed. We welcome applicants with at least 1 year of relevant experience or NZ Level 2 qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician, or NZ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Practical skills in beauty and nail treatments including manicures, pedicures and facial treatments.
• Strong customer service with a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Discuss client needs, analyze skin characteristics and advise on skin care and makeup.
• Apply general cosmetic and corrective make-up.
• Perform manicures and pedicures including nail art and artificial nails.
• Conduct facial and body treatments such as massages.
• Perform hair removal including waxing and depilation.
• Maintain client records and appointment bookings.
