Only Ur's Limited in Dunedin, Otago seeks full-time Beauty Therapists and Nail Technicians to service clients with high standards of beauty and nail care. You will work 30–40 hours weekly on a roster that includes weekends, with an hourly pay of NZ$24–$31 depending on experience.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience or NZ Level 2 beauty qualification, and be capable of both independent work and contributing to a team. Nail art experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician.
• Practical skills in beauty and nail treatments including manicures, pedicures and facial treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
• Desirable: experience with nail enhancements (acrylic, gel and nail art).

Aufgaben

• Discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skin care, treatments and the application of make-up
• Applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up
• Performing manicures and pedicures, including decorative nail art, application of artificial nails, nail repair, and other specialised hand and foot treatments
• Performing facial and body treatments such as massages
• Treating unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, depilation and electrolysis
• Evaluating beauty therapy processes and products
• Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
• Providing advice on, and selling, cosmetic and nail care products
• Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work stations, tools and equipment in line with health and safety requirements
