• 3–5 years of commercial full-stack Java experience.
• Hands-on with Java JDK, Spring Boot, Hibernate, OpenAPI.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
• Experience with testing and automation.
• CI/CD with Docker and Kubernetes; observability tools like Splunk or Dynatrace is desirable.
• Tertiary degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving, collaborative, and communication skills.
