Job summary

GillHort NZ Ltd. in the Waikato region is seeking a Fruit Production Supervisor to oversee daily fruit production activities and orchard operations.

You will monitor plant health, irrigation, pests, and diseases, allocate tasks to staff, and supervise seasonal workers while delivering pruning and canopy work. Ensuring safety, maintaining logs, and reporting progress are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience or Level 4 Qualification.

  • Oversee safe use of orchard tools and equipment.
  • Maintain production records and activity logs.
  • Conduct quality checks to protect crop yield and standards.
  • Report orchard progress and issues to management.

Location: Waikato Region
Pay Rate: $27 - $32 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 - 50 hours per week

Key Requirements
