Job summary

The intake begins 13 January 2027, with multiple positions available and a six-day on, four-day off roster. The role includes a training salary of $64,161, rising to $72,112 after the 15-week training period, with an additional 15% shift incentive

Qualifications

• Good level of computer skills and experience.
• Must complete an online psychometric test.

Responsibilities

• Answer a wide variety of calls relating to burglaries, scams, vandalism, and people in distress.
• Identify caller needs and ensure the appropriate Police response.
• Remain calm under pressure and provide empathetic, clear information to callers.
• Utilise IT systems efficiently while handling calls and recording details.
