Job summary

Premium Automobiles Bev PTE. LTD. in Otago invites you to join our showroom as a receptionist and customer service representative. You will greet customers, answer enquiries, manage the sales executive turn system, and ensure the showroom is tidy and welcoming.

You will provide refreshments, support ad-hoc admin duties, and help display cars look their best. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with a rostered schedule by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills required.
• Basic MS Office and data entry proficiency needed.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and answer general enquiries.
• Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.
• Manage the Sales Executive turn system.
• Ensure showroom is tidy and orderly.
• Ensure display cars are in good condition.
• Provide refreshments to customers.
• General adhoc admin duties as needed.
