Job summary

Hotel Indigo Auckland is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with payments. You will offer local recommendations and contribute to a positive guest experience.

You will be the go-to person for guest inquiries, support a collaborative front office team, and work a rotating roster, including weekends. A valid NZ driver’s license and full working rights are required to perform effectively.

Qualifications

• Positive team player with a passion for guest experience.
• Prior experience in a similar hotel role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid Full NZ driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends.
• Full working rights in New Zealand required.
