Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a reliable Chilled Foods Assistant to join our busy supermarket team in Auckland (Highland Park). You’ll work Sundays to Thursdays, 4:00am–12:30pm, with immediate start for the right person.

You’ll keep the chilled department well stocked, rotate stock and check dates, receive deliveries, maintain high presentation and food safety standards, and help create a great shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous Chilled Foods or supermarket experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in cold conditions.
• Physically fit for manual handling and lifting.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Reliable transport for early starts.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Right to work in New Zealand.
• Available to start immediately.
