Job summary

QUBE Ports NZ in Tauranga is seeking two experienced Forklift Operators for our Tauranga Warehouse to handle export timber products and operate forklifts ranging from 12T to 20T. This hands-on role blends forklift operation with general warehouse duties in a safety-conscious, team-focused environment.

The position is full-time on a 12-month fixed term basis, with Monday to Friday work and a 40-hour minimum guarantee.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Full Class 1 Driver License + F endorsement + OSH Cert.

About The Role

We’re looking for two experienced Forklift Operators to join our Tauranga Warehouse team. Working with export timber products, you'll be responsible for safely operating forklifts ranging from 12T to 20T, handling timber products, loading containers, and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on role that combines forklift operation with general warehouse duties, so you’ll need to be above all thing’s safety-conscious, physically fit and enjoy working in a team environment.
