Drake is currently seeking motivated and reliable Forklift Drivers with a valid OSH & F Endorsement to work at a large, well-established dairy manufacturing site in Whangarei

What We're Looking For:
- Reliable transport to and from work
- A Full License
- Valid OSH Certificate
- Forklift Driving Experience
- Physically fit and able to lift 15 - 25kg
- Able to work different shifts, including days and nights, and potentially on short notice
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and medical test
- No criminal convictions
- Minimum of 2 recent work references required
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
Skills & Experience:
- Previous factory, production, warehouse or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
- Current OSH Forklift Certificate and F Endorsement
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- High attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and repetitive tasks if needed
- Reliable, punctual and committed to completing your shifts
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Temporary Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in keeping the site operating efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Your daily duties may include:
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently around the site
- Moving and storing product, materials and equipment
- Loading and unloading goods
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and processes
- Packing, stacking and labelling products to exact specifications
- Quality checking finished products
- Completing production records and paperwork accurately
- Cleaning equipment and maintaining a hygienic work environment
- Following standard operating procedures and Health & Safety requirements
- Reporting hazards, incidents or equipment faults to supervisors promptly
- Working collaboratively as part of a busy production team
