Season's Best in Ashburton, New Zealand, is seeking a Forklift Mechanic for a permanent, full-time role on 10-hour day shifts (07:00–17:00), Monday to Friday. You will maintain forklift systems and support freezer shuttle operations to ensure safe, efficient processing at our Ashburton plant.

Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications. We offer great training, staff discounts, gear and PPE, and opportunities to move across locations within New Zealand as we grow.

Competenze

• NZ Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering Level 4 or equivalent is required.
• Experience with forklift maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and HACCP requirements.

Mansioni

• Maintain forklift systems and freezer shuttle equipment as directed by maintenance team.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for forklift and related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and food-safety standards.
• Contribute to quality system and HACCP program maintenance.
