Job summary

Auckland Regional Forensic Psychiatry Service (Mason Clinic) in Auckland is inviting applications for a part-time Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation to adults in contact with the criminal justice system. The role includes psychological assessments, individual and group interventions, and supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Clinical Psychology (or recognised equivalent).
• Registration with the NZ Psychology Board as a Registered Psychologist with a Clinical Scope of Practice.
• Current Practising Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad-based psychological assessments and treatments for forensic clients.
• Deliver court-ordered assessments with appropriate training and competence.
• Provide consultation, supervision and training to Mason Clinic staff.
• Design, delivery and evaluation of group-based treatment programmes.

Education
