Responsive Health Management Inc. is seeking a Food Services Manager for a full-time temporary role in Hamilton, Ontario. The candidate will oversee dietary operations, manage resources, and ensure high-quality resident dining in line with LTC standards.

The role requires LTC management experience, HACCP knowledge, and collaboration with a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care and quality improvement.

Formación

• Active member of CSNM or registered dietitian required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of long-term care concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior managerial experience in LTC is an asset.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Food Service team to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents.
• Chair Resident Food Committee meetings and rollout menu cycles.
• Ensure compliance with LTC standards and quality improvement programs.
• Manage budgeting, inventories, and ordering twice weekly.
• Mentor staff, participate in audits, and support staff development.
• Collaborate with a Registered Dietitian for resident nutrition care.
