Job summary

Tech 5 Recruitment Nelson is seeking casual food processing workers to operate machinery and assist on a bright, modern production line in Nelson. You may work across multiple areas to understand required processes for quality products, with weekly pay and safety clothing provided.

Ideal candidates have stamina, a warm team spirit, and reliable transport. Previous factory experience is a plus; citizenship or NZ work permit is required and you must currently be in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods while working on a moving production line.
• Reliable transport to and from work is required.
• Applicants must have NZ citizenship or a current, open NZ work permit and be physically in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce and pack products.
• Perform quality control checks on finished items.
• Support production team to maintain smooth workflow.

Food processing workers operate machinery and produce and pack a wide variety of processed and manufactured food items.Your days could be working in various areas which allows you to understand the processes required to produce their quality products.
