Job summary

Marlborough Wine and Food Experience Ltd in Blenheim, South Island, seeks an experienced hospitality worker passionate about delivering Marlborough wine experiences. Join a growing team and shape your role with ongoing training, a clear succession plan, and a culture of fun with like-minded people.

Flexible summer hours (11am–10pm, 7 days a week) and opportunities to grow are available. Applicants must be eligible to work permanently in New Zealand; proof will be required.

• A passion for customer service and showcasing Marlborough wines and culture.
• A resilient nature with strong problem solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about our technology and apply transferable skills later on.
• Team player mentality, with strong personal leadership.
• Duty Manager certificate is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, especially during the summer.
• Eligible to work permanently in New Zealand; proof of eligibility will be required.
