Vitaco's NZ Grocery & Mass team offers a 12-month internship in Auckland, supporting account managers with live customer priorities, data-driven insights and in-store execution across Healtheries, Nutra-Life, Musashi and Athena.

You'll work on developing customer plans, identifying growth opportunities, preparing presentations and analysing sales performance while collaborating with Sales, Category, Shopper, Marketing and Field Teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in business, commerce, marketing or related field.
• Interest in FMCG, brands, shoppers and retail.
• Strong Excel, presentation and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for AI and digital tools in sales.

Responsabilités

• Support customer and account plans for major retail partners.
• Identify sales, shopper and category growth opportunities.
• Prepare customer presentations and commercial recommendations.
• Analyze sales performance, forecasts and shopper behaviour.
• Support product launches, promotions and in-store execution.
• Collaborate across Sales, Category, Shopper, Marketing and Field Teams.
