Bluebird Foods Ltd, part of PepsiCo, is recruiting a permanent maintenance professional for the Wiri site near Auckland. You will carry out planned preventive and corrective maintenance, raise SAP work orders, and coordinate with the shift team leader to ensure smooth handovers.

Responding quickly to emergencies, you’ll join in continuous improvement while upholding Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the operation.

Qualifikationen

• Level 4 Trade Certificate (NZ EWRB licence where required).
• FMCG or process industry experience preferred; SAP CMMS experience advantageous.
• Competent in MS Office and general computer systems.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and quality standards.
• Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
• Team player who is adaptable, proactive and uses initiative.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance with feedback to Maintenance Planner.
• Respond to prioritised emergency breakdowns quickly, including call-out rota if required.
• Use SAP to raise work orders, source and reserve spares, record work history, and apply correct failure codes.
• Work closely with Shift Team Leader, supporting handovers and supervising subcontractors when needed.
• Participate in failure review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
