Job summary

The Creative Store in Auckland is seeking a junior to intermediate architectural draughtsperson for a six-month freelance engagement. The role focuses on preparing consent-ready documentation, producing PDF packs and raw DWG files, and adapting existing designs to the New Zealand site location.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, Revit, and SketchUp, and can deliver simple documentation as required. This is a contract-based, on-site opportunity in Auckland.

Qualifications

Are you a junior- to intermediate-level architectural draughtsperson for an upcoming project that will need a floor plan draughtsperson? It will be steady work on and off over the next six months.

Our client is looking for someone who can prepare consent-ready documentation and provide complete PDF packs as well as raw DWG files. Many of the jobs will need simpler documentation. They are not looking for an architect, as most of the architectural design work is already resolved. What they really need is someone who can review existing designs and apply them to a specific location.
