Hampton Jones in Auckland CBD seeks a skilled Revit drafter to develop native Revit families and support project documentation for commercial and high-rise detailing. You will work alongside the Senior Architect, detailing under lead architects with input from façade and fire engineers.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Autodesk Revit, experience translating DWG files into native Revit families, and a strong understanding of the New Zealand Building Code.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Autodesk Revit experience.
• Experience creating native Revit detail families from DWG files.
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand Building Code.
• Commercial and/or multi-unit high-rise project experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills.
• Immediate start.
• Fixed term role through to March 2027, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements and business needs.

This role is focused on commercial and high-rise detailing and is not a residential drafting position. Detailing will be done under the lead architect in conjunction with input from the façade and fire engineer.
