Job summary

Mitre10 MEGA Napier is looking for a hands-on team member for our Flooring and Lighting Department. You will help customers, merchandise, and manage stock in a supportive, customer-focused store.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will work on a roster from Tuesday to Saturday, bringing reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude to our store environment in Hawke's Bay.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stock control and customer service under the Retail Manager.
• Assist customers in selecting flooring and lighting products.
