Job summary

MCC Albany is seeking a Trade-Qualified Flexographic Printer to join a skilled team of craftspeople. The role offers day and late-night rotating shifts, with opportunities for training and career development within MCC globally.

You will operate advanced print technology, uphold quality standards, and support junior printers. This hands-on role requires strong safety focus, manual handling ability, and a commitment to reliable, high-quality label production.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified (Certificate IV in Print or similar).
• Experience in Flexo or Web Offset printing.
• Experience with highly embellished reel-to-reel labels is an advantage, but not essential.
• Previous experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong quality control skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.

About the role

We’re looking for a Trade-Qualified Flexographic Printer to join our MCC Albany team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced printer who values working alongside a skilled and supportive team of craftspeople. Our operation runs across two shifts, Monday to Friday (5 days day shift or 4 days late to night shifts - Rotating and Fixed Shifts available).

Your duties

• Operate advanced print technology to deliver client orders on time and to high-quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
• Inspect components and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
• Uphold quality assurance practices and maintain accurate production records.
• Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

About You
