Job summary

Apex Car Rentals in Queenstown is seeking a Vehicle Service Agent to prepare and check vehicles for customers. You will clean interiors and exteriors, assess damages, log fuel and mileage, and ensure tyres and fluids are in good condition.

Qualifications

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.
• Previous hands-on or physical labour experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in all weather conditions delivering a high standard of work.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the interior and exterior of vehicles by cleaning, washing, and vacuuming returned vehicles.
• Assessing vehicles for new damages and reporting per vehicle damage procedure.
• Reviewing fuel levels and kilometres and inputting them into hand-held devices.
• Refuelling tanks, checking fluid levels and tyre conditions.
