You will coach instructors, ensure qualifications and ongoing professional development, and run courses yourself as needed to support the mission.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team of trainers or instructors.
• Background in first aid or emergency services preferred.
• Understanding of not-for-profit or volunteer organisations helpful.
• Commitment to diversity and respectful practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor First Aid Instructors to deliver high-quality training.
• Ensure Instructors remain qualified and up-to-date.
• Support Training Operations with projects and tasks.
• Oversee quarterly performance reviews and safety standards.
• Deliver first aid training as needed.
• Promote a people-first, inclusive training environment.
