Job summary

AntBank is seeking a Software Tester to validate card issuance workflows, wallet and payment testing, and API integrations. You will ensure data integrity, security and compliance before production deployment.

The role emphasizes testing across wallet, card, and settlement systems with a strong focus on quality in financial software. You will work with testing across databases, APIs, and external payment systems, and contribute to test automation efforts while maintaining rigorous defect

Qualifications

A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Experience in software testing, quality assurance or software development.
Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience testing REST APIs and system integrations.
Ability to prepare structured test cases and test reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify and reproduce complex software defects.
Good written technical documentation skills.
Understanding of software and data security principles.

Responsibilities

Prepare test plans, scenarios, test cases and test data from requirements.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing.
Test web-based, mobile and backend applications.
Identify, document and track defects through to resolution.
Retest corrected defects and regression testing before releases.
Verify that delivered software meets requirements.
