Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, following scripts, and maintaining compliance with standard procedures while building networks and strengthening customer relationships.

• Interview the customer using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to develop customer relationships and qualify prospects.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, routing complex matters.
• Ensure basic CRM data accuracy and record follow-up actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements following a scripted approach.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be first contact.
• Follow procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and follow procedures.
• Identify potential customers from information provided and referrals.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats as required.
• Demonstrate value of networking within and outside the company.
